What personal data is collected in TarjetaDeFelicitacion.es?

Email, to register and be able to carry out the necessary communications related to the operation of the page; and in case of logging in with a Google account, when logging in we receive the name that appears in the account, but that name is not used or stored on our servers.
We also collect the card recipient's email address, which is removed from our records as soon as the card is sent.
The email entered in the contact form is used solely to be able to respond to the user in case he is interested in receiving a response.
In the event that a purchase is made, the billing data is also collected.
The email entered in the registration forms for collaborations is used to carry out conversations related to the collaboration to which the user has registered.

Who keeps the payment data?

Payments are made through the Stripe platform, so we do not have access to card numbers or any other payment information, other than the billing information that is shared by Stripe with us once the payment has been made.

What is the data collected for?

Email is used to uniquely identify the user and to send them notifications when a comment is added to one of their cards.
The recipient's email address is used only to send the card mail, and is deleted immediately afterwards.
The billing data, as its name indicates, to make the corresponding invoices.

Where is my data stored?

The service provider of TarjetaDeFelicitacion.es is Firebase, a Google company, and the database is located on servers in Europe, we use the following services.

  • Firebase Authentication: for user registration and management
  • Firebase Hosting: for hosting the web application
  • Firebase Functions: for the execution of functions on the server side
  • Firebase Storage: for storing card images

For sending emails, the Amazon cloud is used, with servers in Europe as well.

With whom is my data shared?

The data is not shared with any company other than being stored in the Google cloud for the proper functioning of the platform.
For sending emails, AWS (Amazon) cloud services are used, but it is not used for any other purpose.
At no time do we consider sharing user data with other companies.

What cookies are installed in my browser? Does TarjetaDeFelicitacion.es use Google Analytics?

TarjetaDeFelicitacion.es only uses one cookie, disableAnalytics , to function. This cookie is used to remember whether or not the user allows monitoring.
The use of Google Analytics is completely voluntary on the part of the user, and each time you enter from a new browser or clear the data stored in the browser, you will be asked if you agree to use Google Analytics to share the information of use of the Web page.
